On 1 June 2026, the AEC provided the Branch with a copy of the post-election report for E2025/209 prepared under Section 197 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (The FWRO Act). Under Regulation 141(4) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009, the Branch is required to publish a notice on its website that these reports are available to members, either from the Branch or from the AEC, on the request of any member who was eligible to vote in the relevant elections. This page fulfills that requirement.
