On 1 April 2026, the AEC provided the Branch with a copy of the post-election reports for E2026/7 and E2026/25 prepared under Section 197 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (The FWRO Act). Under Regulation 141(4) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009, the Branch is required to publish a notice on its website that these reports are available to members, either from the Branch or from the AEC, on the request of any member who was eligible to vote in the relevant elections. This page fulfills that requirement.

Congratulations to our newly declared Branch Councillors!

On 24 March 2026, the AEC declared the following candidates elected as Branch Councillors for the respective electorates:

• Alice BELL (Education Electorate)
• Vijay KUTTAPPAN (Central Agencies Electorate)
• Conor MURTAGH (Central Agencies Electorate)

No nominations were received for the vacancy in the Barwon South Western Region Electorate. This requires a further election process, which will be advertised on this website.
