A Resounding Outcome 100% YES
Congratulations to All Shrine Members. CPSU wishes to thank all Shrine of Remembrance members who participated in the vote on the proposed Enterprise Agreement.
With an 84% voter turnout and 100% YES, this is a powerful endorsement of the outcomes achieved through collective bargaining.
Acknowledging Contributor - We’d like to thank Neil Sharkey, Bargaining Representative, for his dedication and leadership throughout the negotiation process. His commitment ensured strong representation for all Shrine employees.
A Win for All – Agility Allowance Secured - This process has taken time, and we appreciate the patience of all members.
A major achievement in this agreement is the Agility Allowance to be paid each year, secured through persistent and strategic bargaining — an important and well-deserved outcome for Shrine members.
What’s Next? - CPSU and the Shrine will now begin the formal steps required to finalise the new agreement with Fair Work.
Key Improvements in Your New Enterprise Agreement

Congratulations again to all members—this is your win.
