Workers’ employed in the state of Victoria who suffer an injury, disease or illnesses in the course of employment are entitled to claim Workers Compensation, commonly called WorkCover.

Who can join?

With professional industrial staff and support from a leading industrial legal team, the CPSU is able to provide members with advice and assistance when facing disciplinary action.

CPSU is finding an increasing number of staff facing arbitrary disciplinary action and in some cases even dismissal, through no fault of their own.
