CPSU offers members a comprehensive range of services and assistance should in the case of a work related injury. In addition to services provided directly to members, the CPSU is a major advocate supporting community demands for a fair and just system to protect and assist injured workers.
Through its WorkCover Services Officer, direct assistance is provided to members with disputed claims at the WorkCover Conciliation Service.
CPSU WorkCover Services has the best resolution rate of any organisation in this arena.
