Legal Aid Branch Section Constitution Print E-mail

This is the Victorian Legal Aid Branch Section Constitution

Branch Sections are organisational units made up of groups of members with committees elected to represent specific workplaces/regions/Departments or occupational groups.

Branch Sections are an important avenue through which members may play an active role in deliberating, making decisions and taking action on matters of concern.

This document is the constitution for this Branch Section.

It sets out the rules by which the Branch Section is formed, what governing structures (ie: executive, elections etc) it uses, and more.
