BARGAINING RIGHTS PROTECTED - TALKS BACK ON WITH FAIR WORK OVERSIGHT.

The State Government agreed to withdraw its application to curtail the bargaining rights of 35,000 public sector workers in Fair Work Australia today as CPSU agreed to pause protected action items 20 & 21 that apply to caseload controls in Child Protection for a period of not less than 7 days.

This cease-fire will facilitate Fair Work sponsored conciliation to occur on our bargaining issues.
