Why should I be a member of CPSU? |

CPSU Victorian Branch has a membership of over 15,000 people now; including colleagues employed right across the Victorian public sector and retired members who wish to retain their support for, and the benefits of belonging to our union.
The strength of our union is in its capacity to be relevant to all members in any political and industrial climate.
CPSU, I believe, has been extremely successful in protecting and advancing members industrial interests considering the deregulated industrial environment we operate in.
Our pledge to all members is to protect pay and conditions and to represent each member in all areas from enterprise bargaining and employment negotiations through to superannuation.
In addition to our 7 day a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year industrial protection that ensures you have the principal public sector organisation looking after your working rights, winning wage increases, protecting your conditions, and providing personal industrial assistance when you need it, the union offers a wide range of services including:
