| How do I resign from CPSU? |

If you've left the Public Service don't forget to tell the CPSU. The Workplace Relations Act 1997 provides for a two week notice period for those wishing to resign from their union. To resign from the CPSU you must notify us in writing either by email, fax or letter informing us of your intention to resign and the date from which you would like your membership to cease. CPSU cannot accept resignations verbally via phone, or resignations to your local representative. If you wish to resign CPSU but you expect to continue working in the Victorian Public Service, or associated agency, you should be aware of our "pre-existing issue" policy, as it may restrict your capacity to receive assistance from the union if any issues arise while you are not a member. Fill the form 'Resign from CPSU' to resign.
