Under Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Laws, your workplace should have both a `designated workgroup` assigned, and an elected Health and Safety Representative.

• Your Workplace Location
• Your Department
• Would you like us to provide with information about becoming an OHS Representative, or
• Setting up an OHS structure in my workplace
