CPSU has a team which is there for you with the resources and experience to help you put colour into campaign/recruitment efforts.

Workplace Changes

Aware of any workplace changes, reclassifications, restructures or introduction of new technology or work practices within your Agency?

Then CPSU provides members with assistance to have their say in these changes.

Most agreements have a clause that enables the CPSU to work with effected staff on alternative proposals, and allows the union to monitor the employers obligations, and if necessary initiate resolution of disputes and grievances.
