CPSU provides members with assistance to have grievances resolved.

CPSU provides training and assistance to workplace representatives who relay information to other members who need assistance.

CPSU can assist members who wish to run their own grievance, however, CPSU members are able to access professional representation at Departmental hearings and in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission .

Members have access to the CPSU’s Hotline for prompt up to date information and assistance.
